Amaala is an Ultra High resort on the Red Sea below Neom owned by PIF. The development value is approximately SAR94B ($25B)
Established the Procurement Team (from start) for both Corporate and Projects based teams, project financial oversight together with FIDIC based contract recommendations. Tender Event Schedule establishment from commencement.
Awarded to date SAR15B ($4B), Infrastructure SAR 4B ($1.1B).

Head of Construction Management, US
Engaged as the Head of CM for AEGIS, a fast-growing specialist consultancy offering risk mitigation, project oversight, budgetary, financial and compliance management for their global clients.
Client Advisory & Consulting: Lead client governance advisory work with internal experts and provide comprehensive consultancy services using various project control methodologies to achieve client's project goals.
Capital & Lifecycle Project Management: Conduct financial due diligence, project feasibility analysis and provide hands-on project management support on client capital budget and lifecycle projects - including procurement management support.
Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader, develop industry network, inspire colleagues and coach peers/subordinates to deliver better services and think outside their comfort zone on workplace.

Senior VP Global Investment Fund, US
Heading up the project development team for a Real Estate development fund focused on Residential, Commercial and Mixed Use projects in the USA.
Oversight of ongoing property management including Capital & Administrative procurement budget development and management. Conducting project feasibility studies, RFPs, EOIs and preparing cost plans, lead acquisition discussions and prepare project financial structures.
Establishing and implementing project development workflow and process to mitigate risks and consistent financial controls are applied.

Senior Project Evaluation Consultant  The World Bank (Washington D.C.)
Underwent supply chain and procurement managing training to gain deeper knowledge of World Bank project methodologies.
Conducted stakeholder interview, bench-marking research and reviewing of project environment and impact.
Establishing procurement and payment strategies specifically justifying the need for Output Based Aid in the Energy and Water sectors.
Financial comparison and review on project finance and procurement methods used for projects in the Far East.

Advising Government agencies in Cameroon and Angola on Corporate Real Estate Development, Procurement and Facilities Management.
Establishment of Capital budgets; Developing and tracking project scope, budget, delivery and schedule, and ensuring Real Estate projects are completed on time, within budget, and compliant.

Acting as the COO/CFO, managing all aspects of Corporate Finance, Operations and Procurement activities to expand the MENA operations while implementing global standards.
Broad project oversight for major projects throughout the UAE supporting global clients (JP Morgan, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered) on their MENA HQ establishment in Dubai International Financial Centre. Work involved program, cost management and procurement advisory for all their MENA offices-including Capital budget planning.
